High School PreSeason Strength Training

In preparation for the upcoming sports season, Refine is hosting a drills based clinic to focus on improving athlete’s form.  This one hour per week series is intended to give high school athletes a tool kit to both prevent injury and improve performance as they head in to their Spring seasons. Participants in the clinic will learn exercises and neuromuscular drills to improve efficiency and durability.

Currently offering individual remote assessments and training plans.

Level 1 Strength Running Course

The Level 1 course is great for anyone looking to improve upon their marathon time or looking to run their first road race.  In this course, participants will learn not only how to move better, but also how to train smarter.  This course will instruct you just how to do that through group running drills, speed and tempo workouts, as well as strength training homework.

Personalized Individual Coaching

Meet one-on-one for an hour session, followed by one month training program sent via e-mail.  Training sessions are intended to address weaknesses and imperfections in both running form AND training habits.
