Most athletes have a strong base. They know how to work hard and know what is the goal.

My job is to help to refine their path to reach that goal. Whether it’s managing through some pain or finding a weakness, I help people advance to the next level.

Through objective testing, extensive education, and repeated practice, I help athletes to refine their practice and be the best versions of themselves.

I am a physical therapist at Penn Medicine, performance coach for Millersville University Baseball, personal coach, Christ follower, husband, and a father of four.
